- R3 Hotel -

Project Description:   We would describe the R3 Hotel as a modern and stylish 

hotel with a capacity of 45 rooms and a  full-service restaurant that

can accommodate up to 150 guests. The hotel features a unique linear

block  design,with dynamic balconies that offer stunning views and showcase

contemporary aesthetic. 

The use of cutting-edge technology, such as Revit and 3DS Max, has allowed us to

bring the design vision to life with precise details and eye-catching finishing

touches.

 

- Drymadhes Villa A1 -

Location:                         Sarande, Albania                     

Design Period:           2021-2022          

Project DescriptionOne important aspect to consider when designing these villas is 

the slope  of the terrain. The design should take into account the slope and use it to 

advantage in order to minimize any negative impact on the natural environment. 

For example, by using terracing,  you can create a stepped landscape that not only

reduces  the impact of the construction  on the slope but also creates beautiful

and functional outdoor  spaces for the villa owners  to enjoy.

 

- Drymadhes Villa A2 -

Location:                       Sarande, Albania                  

Design Period:          2018-2019        

Project Description: Designing the villas with a modular approach, each with a total

area  of 150 square meters, will allow for flexibility in the layout and use of space. 

To create  the illusion of living in a cave,  using materials like stone, wood, and earth

tones to mimic the natural textures and colors of the environment. Additionally, using

large windows and skylights to bring in natural light will enhance the feeling of being in

cave-like environment.

- S2 Residence -

Location:                          Vlora, Albania                   

Design Period:          2019-2020         

Project DescriptionBuilding a residential development in a seaside town with a

 beautiful view presents a fantastic opportunity to create a desirable living

environment. To make the best use of the location, it is important to  design the

development with a focus on maximizing the views of the sea and surrounding

landscape.

For the studios and 1+1 apartments, it is important to consider the layout and

orientation of the units to ensure that each one has access to the view.

- G10 Residence -

Location:                        Tirane, Albania                   

Design Period:             2022

Project DescriptionDesigning a residential building in the center of Tirana presents

an opportunity to create a unique and vibrant living environment for residents. 

The use of dynamic color scheme to break up the building and create fragmented

 appearance can help to reduce the visual impact of the building and make it appear

more approachable. By keeping the facade clean and simple, we emphasize the color

scheme and create  modern and attractive aesthetic.

- Apart Hotel -

Location:                        Vlore, Albania                 

Design Period:             2019-2020       

Project DescriptionCreating an apart-hotel can be an effective way to provide

 travelers with the comfort and convenience of a home-like environment while also

offering the services and amenities of a hotel.

 By organizing small spaces like apartments, we provide guests with a private and

 comfortable living experience. This can include fully equipped kitchens, seperate

 sleeping areas, and private bathrooms. The three modules of the building, each with

three floors, offer a good amount of space for guests. The inclusion of an underground

parking area can provide convinient and secure parking for guests, which can be an

important ant consideration in a busy city center.

 

- Facade Renovation -

Location:                          Milano, Italy              

Design Period           2023       

Project Description:  Renovating the facade of a multi-building residential complex is

an important project that can have a significant impact on the appearance and energy

efficiency of the buildings. The use of a ventilated facade system is a smart choice as 

it can help to improve the thermal performance of the building envelope, reducing the

energy consumption of the buildings. A ventilated facade system works by creating a

separation between the exterior cladding and the insulation layer, allowing air to

circulate and providing a continuous layer of insulation. This helps to reduce heat loss

in the winter and heat gain in the summer, making the building more energy-efficient.

- F Factory -

Location:                          Milano, Italy              

Design Period           2021-2022      

Project Description:  We approach the design and construction of a factory project

with a focus on efficiency and collaboration. The use of Revit, a Building Information

Modeling (BIM) software, allows me to manage all aspects of the project, including

architecture, structure, and MEP systems, within a single platform.

Additionally, we use Navisworks to perform clash detection and resolve any issues

before construction begins,  ensuring a smooth and seamless building process. 

This proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential conflicts early in the

design phase helps to minimize disruptions and delays during construction, ultimately

saving time and resources.

- Interior -

Project Description: Our interior design approach focuses on collaboration, innovation,

and detail. We start by understanding our clients’ needs and design goals and conduct 

a site survey to gather information about the space. We develop a concept, select

materials, and use technology such as Revit and 3DS Max to create detailed designs

and visualization. We monitor progress on site and aim to deliver functional, aesthetic,

and sustainable designs that meet our clients’ high standards and are tailored to their

specific needs. Through collaboration, attention to detail, and innovation, we create

spaces that our clients will love for years.

- Municipality Divjake -

Location:                         Divjake, Albania               

Design Period           2020       

Project Description:   Divjake Municipality Building includes a three-story building with

an underground level (parking lot).Using Revit,AutoCAD, Advance Concrete to create

building models, architecture plans and reinforcement details.

-Beta house Tirana-

Location:                           Tirane, Albania                 

Design Period            2021        

Project Description:    The Betahouse Building involves an industrial building changing

it’s purpose to mainly being used as office space, coffee and entertainment. 

Using Revit,AutoCAD,Photoshop, Advance Concrete to create building models,

architecture plans, 3D views and reinforcement details.

- Vlora Bridge -

Location:                         Vlore, Albania               

Design Period:            2020

Project Description:   Bridge B197 is part of Vlora Baypass project and it is referred to

as the main structure of the project,including a 130m long bridge.Using AutoCAD,

Advance Concrete to create bridge plans and reinforcement details needed for the site

office.   

- Bridge Detailing -

Project Description

Formwork Plans: 

 Creating detailed formwork plans for IN-SITU concrete bridges and bridge

 components. Ensuring formwork plans are coordinated with the structural and

architectural drawings. Collaborating with the construction team to resolve any

formwork-related issues during construction.

Reinforcement Plans:

-Preparing detailed reinforcement drawings for concrete bridges and components.

-Ensuring that reinforcement plans comply with relevant codes and standards. 

- Strori Hydropower Plant -

Location:                     Gramsh, Albania

Design Period:           2017-2019

Project Description:  The Strori hydropower plant uses the waters of the Holta and 

Selta streams, branches of the Devoll River, which has a capacity of 2 MW.  Using 

AutoCad Civil 3D and ArmCad to create drawings of formwork and concrete 

reinforcement for sub-objects of the hydropowe such as the spillway, dam,  and power 

intake structures.

 

- Tap House-

Location:                        Los Angeles, United States of America                    

Design Period:          2023 – 2024      

Project Description:  This innovative project is characterized by its commitment 

to using basic materials, strategically employed to enhance the overall experience.

Realistic renders, crafted through the utilization of cutting-edge 3Ds Max and

Corona Software, bring the vision to life. 

The result is a harmonious fusion of architectural elements, creating elements that

captures the essence of conviviality.
